Wragge is an Ogre, so if you ignore him he might go away, but beware: he can raise a WikiGnome army by tactical spelling errors & non-compliance.
He's pedantic, but not to the brilliance of ["Visible Sage"]. He once knew secrets and Dragons (like User:Bluemoose) and was bold. He still thinks that the unreliability of Wikipedia is a virtue, but has lost the energy required to challenge concencus.
