Save the Lordship Lane article campaign[edit]

Lordship Lane is an ancient and interesting highway that deserves it's own entry in Wikipedia. It is no mere suburban street but has a history of it's own, and an interesting name dating to centurys past when it led to Friern manor. I had been planning to just have a stub and later to add detail but instead now we will quickly put in place a comprehensive article on this notable location. Vive Lordship Lane!--File Éireann 12:50, 7 Feb 2005 (UTC)

Southern end of Lordship Lane[edit]

The end is the junction with Wood Vale, not Dulwich Common: the Concrete House is actually on this part of the lane, and the new houses/flats opposite on the old TA centre site are facing Lordship Lane (if you don't believe me, go and look at the street signs). 81.179.111.145 17:36, 20 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Gallery?[edit]

I'm thinking of using the <gallery> tag to include photographs of the area. Any comments on if this is a suitable thing to do or an alternative way of going about it?

Sounds like a good idea to me! 81.178.73.89 22:22, 27 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Now set up with several photographs of notable places along the lane.-- Ashley VH 18:00, 3 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
