This article barely deserves to be categorized as a "stump". What, specifically, are the responsibilities of the Cabinet Office? To prepare reports commissioned by the cabinet? To gather and assemble data? To ensure that the Cabinet members have adequate supplies of coffee and pastry during their meetings?

When was the Cabinet Office established? Why and by whom? How many employees does it have? Are they civil service employees or political appointees?
