El Morro Redirect[edit]

"El Morro National Monument" does not refer to the part of San Juan National Park. This page itself ("El Morro National Monument") used to be a redirect to the "El Morro" in San Juan.

A page that links from "El Morro" to this page could be considered correct, since many national parks are referred to without their designation. For instance, most people would say, "I went to the Grand Canyon," rather than saying, "I went to the Grand Canyon National Park." However, in the interest of an encyclopedia, I would agree that redirecting "El Morro" to "El Morro National Monument" is incorrect since there is another place more properly called "El Morro."

Anyway, I've fixed the problem.

Mexico related stub?[edit]

Why does this article belong to the stub list "Mexico-related stubs?" It should really be a U.S. National Park related stub. Mrendo

I was doing stub sorting so I picked the one I thought matched best as quickley as I could. My main priority was to move it out of Category:Stub into a more relevant category. I am fine with you changing the stub category. In fact, I think it does fit better in U.S National Park Stub. --bjwebb 08:38, 1 Jun 2005 (UTC)
