1. Why isn't this article given a full title instead of some garbled name?

2. What the hell IS this and why does it need an article in the first place?

It looks like it came from Council of Trent (see http://www.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Council_of_Trent&oldid=190918 ). Whether it needs an article and where it should go, I don't have a clue. --Camembert

Whoever did this would have done better to leave this at Council of Trent and made a note of the source - Better still would have been to edit in a way that reconciles this with the Catholic Encyclopedia version.
