BTW, thanks for restoring the greasy spoon article after much of it was deleted. In the future, the easiest and best way to restore deleted text is to go into the history of the page, click on the pre-deletion version, hit edit, then save. Presto! The article is restored. It is also considered to be a bad thing to simply delete text without at least some explanation, so don't be shy to say something in the edit summary field (or say alot in talk, or if the deletion looks like vandalism and the same IP/user has done similar damage to other articles, then run an alert by visiting and adding to wikipedia:vandalism in progress.
