I'm a recent arrival here. Living in Sydney, Australia but Manhattan is my spiritual home. I have made some additions to the listing of famous people who have passed through Hotel Chelsea and removed Andy Warhol from the residents list. Warhol shot film at the Chelsea but was never resident.

I have something of an obsession with the Chelsea and have gathered as much historical information as I can access. When time allows I will return to make full entries for those people I added who are yet to be listed at Wikpedia.
