–Sort of. I think the tone indicated that he was aware of it for awhile, and might have found some of it humorous, but felt like it was getting to be a strain on him and his family. In spite of the litigeous nature of a C&D order, Keane was actually pretty cool about the whole thing and even wrote Spinn a personalized thank-you cartoon when he shut down the DFC.Torc 01:21, 30 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
