- He is known to be an extremely creative entrepreneur. For example, the group have recently invested in a chain of retail stores under the name of "Ideas by Gul Ahmed". Their company Arwen Tech is personally being looked after by one of Ali Mohammad's three children, his son Ziad Bashir who is an extremely active director looking to make fast inroads into the Business Process Outsourcing sector. Arwen Technologies that made it into the 09 May 2005 issue of Business Week regarding Pakistan's rapidly developing outsourcing sector. 4

If we can’t get together, we can't get competitive with the rest of the world. We have to learn to collaborate to face the ruthless climate of globalization and improve our services within."3
