I have contacted Ken Walker, and he informed me that the author agrees to license the material under the GFDL, as long as she is credited with the info (hence the copyright notice). So, it seems to be okay. Sietse 08:45, 22 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Ken here. I contacted the author and found out I was supposed to include the publisher in the citation. I overlooked that. The publisher is Western Reflections Publishing Company. Also, please note, someone had changed the birth year of Vincent St. John to 1881 and the death year to 1943. His birth year is 1876 and death year is 1929. I edited it back to the correct original. Thanks. KennethW, 28 May 2005.

Trial environment[edit]

Doesn't the atmosphere of war hysteria surrounding the Wobbly trial deserve mention? That has a lot to do with how there could be with so many convictions including those of people against whom there was little to no evidence. 2600:1004:B141:C848:60C8:159F:C7F8:797E (talk) 03:25, 14 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
