Why do not make such lists for the different provinces of Australia, New Zealand, South Afrika, Great Britain, Ireland and Kanada? Would be very interesting!

Which is the correct height of KLDE Tower? If 609.3 metres (FCC-entry) is incorrect, than quote the source!

Are you suggesting that in this article (List of tallest structures in the United States) the structures are not compared by height? Tallest structure in Puerto Rico[edit]

Height of WRAL_HDTV_Mast[edit]

Whis is the correct height of WRAL_HDTV_Mast? Stratosphere Tower a building?[edit]

There reads in the header: A common misperception is that landmarks such as the Stratosphere Tower are the tallest United States structures, but they are in fact the tallest buildings.
Actually, there is a note in List of tallest buildings in Las Vegas: A. According to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, freestanding observation towers are not considered to be buildings, as they are not fully habitable structures. This structure is included for comparative purposes.
So, Stratosphere Tower is not either: not a building at all and not the tallest structure. However, according to that same article, Stratosphere Tower is the Tallest observation tower in the United States. 82.141.64.25 (talk) 23:06, 13 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Royal Gorge Bridge is a Suspension Bridge[edit]

In the category of highest bridges in the United States, the Royal Gorge Bridge is a suspension bridge, just like the Golden Gate Bridge. I'm not sure that the Golden Gate Bridge should be completely removed from the list, though, since the Royal Gorge Bridge is largely a tourist attraction and generally has handled very little other traffic.
