The above comment is in most peoples' views I have asked a minor rebuke of Zoe's comment: i.e. sarcasm, in the light of the history of the page. See how to write about UK settlements as to where an article-worthy settlement (not just section-worthy settlement) has common other uses in the English language of UK place names e.g. Derby is relevant which without any extra words is ambiguous but the natural use of the word is paramount, not an in-crowd jargon lazy shorthand.
