User talk:Emuzesto~enwiki
I am almost never logged into the English Wikipedia. If you want to contact me, chances are that it will be more effective to use my discussion page on Norwegian Wikipedia or Esperanta Vikipedio (I try to visit both of those once a day or so, but frequency may vary (also between them)). |

Welcome to Wikipedia
[edit]Hello and welcome! Always nice with another Norwegian contributor. I took the liberty of adding your user name to the list of Wikipedians from Norway (trying to beat the Swedes, eventually...). :-) --Wernher 18:07, 16 Jun 2004 (UTC)
- I will! Emuzesto 08:19, 17 Jun 2004 (UTC)
Perhaps Wikipedia:WikiProject Norway is of interest? -- Egil 09:12, 13 Feb 2005 (UTC)
Birthday

- Wow. Thanks. Did not see this one before now. Long since last login on en: --Emuzesto 12:54, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
Ion screenshot
[edit]Can you upload a screenshot of Ion with full screen resolution? It would be best if it very clearly showed the concept of a tiling window manager. — Omegatron 03:41, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
- I really don't log into my account here often. I haven't used Ion for a while and don't think that I have the original. I do not have a working configuration as I haven't used it for a long time. Though I'm sure that screenshots can be aquired from the Ion website or elsewhere. --Emuzesto 22:05, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
Wikimania 2010 could be coming to Stockholm!
[edit]I'm leaving you a note as you may be interested in this opportunity.
People from all six Nordic Wiki-communities (sv, no, nn, fi, da and is) are coordinating a bid for Wikimania 2010 in Stockholm. I'm sending you a message to let you know that this is occurring, and over the next few months we're looking for community support to make sure this happens! See the bid page on meta and if you like such an idea, please sign the "supporters" list at the bottom. Tack (or takk), and have a wonderful day! Mike H. Fierce! 07:32, 6 August 2008 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Emuzesto. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Emuzesto~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name. If you think you might own all of the accounts with this name and this message is in error, please visit Special:MergeAccount to check and attach all of your accounts to prevent them from being renamed.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
