Morris Udall

Morris Udall gave the Carter campaign a fight for the nomination. Udall finished second in the New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Wisconsin, New York, Michigan, South Dakota, and Ohio primaries, and won the caucuses in his home state of Arizona, while running even with Carter in the New Mexico caucuses. Urban cities

"1976 was the last presidential election in which Democrats relied on the New Deal Coalition that composed of labor unions in urban cities..." What is "urban cities" supposed to mean? Cities are "urban" by definition. Jah77 (talk) 14:46, 26 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Double-check or add reference (candidates coming from the Midwest)

This was the last election until 2024 where both of the major vice presidential candidates were from the Midwestern United States.
