[edit]To anyone who might be listening: I think that, while "freedom of information act" turns up vastly more Google hits than "federation internationale de l'automobile," the latter is much more commonly known by its acronym. On the what-links-here page ([1]) there are two links that refer to the former FIA, compared to eleven that refer to the latter, and the reason there are so few of even the latter is that the authors of the motorsport pages are used to disambiguating their FIA links.
Consequently, I am going to redirect FIA to Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile and put a notice about Freedom of Information Acts at the top (I think that's the proper protocol). Rdsmith4 03:51, 19 Jul 2004 (UTC)
