Parameters:

  1. number on map and in alphabetic list
  2. number of municipality for basic data page (see the list in Template:Province South Holland p)
  3. MapQuest search term (usually "city=town name" with + for every space)
  4. two-letter code for Flags of the World (the code between zh and html in the URL, see [1] on the status bar when pointing at a municipality, or in the source code)

Example:

gives the following (note that the first text contains the pagename, this is for use on page Leiden):
