It's not a threat, it's a warning. Editing Wikipedia is a privilege, not a right. Vandalism (among other things) constiutes grounds for banning. Break the rules, and you will be be blocked. Moderate your behavior, keep within the rules, and you will not be blocked. Okay. Just a word of advice though: don't jump to conclusions. My upload of "Dr" Sarfati was because I didn't want to use a copyrighted image, so I drew what he approximately looked like. I thought that was fair. Moreoever, I resent you calling my serious attempt at a drawing "childish graffiti." Nevertheless, I will do as you and the Help file says. Have a good one.
