I gave him a stiff warning and one more chance. If you feel like he'd already exhausted his chances, I certainly understand, but I like to hope that a reformed vandal might become a contributor once in a while. (And I don't think giving him a short block would do much, since he's not vandalizing right now.) Rest assured that if there's any more trouble with him, I'll deal with it personally, however is necessary.
