I don't know whether Truk and Chuuk should be separate pages or not. They're the same place, but both names are important. I hope I have not caused any confusion with these stubs. Uyanga 17:25 20 May 2003 (UTC)

Those interested in 20th century history will likely be looking for Truk as this was the name used until 1990. Chuuk would be the correct name in the local language. So both should be listed. A redirect from the old name to the current seems appropriate though so that no one is confused that both Truk and Chuuk refer to the same place.
