Talk:Joseph Maneri

I was a pupil in one of Joseph Maneri's music theory classes at the New England Conservatory in the early 1970s. The Joseph Schmidt to whom this article links is not the same Schmidt who was Maneri's teacher--Maneri's teacher had been a pupil of the compser Alban Berg in Vienna. I am quite certain that Mr. Maneri studied with him in the United States, but the Joseph Schmidt to whom the link in this article connects never lived in the U.S.
