Kyi Shwin

A university teacher from english Department, Yangon University. enthusiastic in learning new skills. Become acquainted with the Internet, He started writing a PhD thesis on online language teaching. He was born in Mogok, a small town in the north-eastern part of Myanmar. He joined the English Department in 1986 as a tutor at Mandalay University. Later, he was transferred to a defence academy where he had to spend 4 years. He met a yahoo group in 2003. He enjoyed the group activities very much. currently, he is collaborating projects onlines.
