The he's not dead.

I changed the quote to read "then he's not dead." In the movie, the troops say something like "we've found no sign of the body." Mas Amedda responds with "then he's not dead," and Palpatine adds "double your search." In the book, this scene isn't mentioned. Therefore, this is how the quote should read.

Casting

I'm going to chance what it says about who plays the part. Both Bowers and Blake played the part in Episode III.
