Thanks for your message regarding the Olympics page. I was simply trying to follow WP:MOS, which is typically pretty authoritative. However, if there is precedent for using the "official" name rather than the most common English name in the header, then perhaps the change should be made. However, to avoid confusion and gain consensus, I think you should start a thread at Talk:2006 Winter Olympics that basically says what you left on my talk page, and we'll figure it out from there.
