Hi, I've downgraded this to a notability tag as it certainly has enough context for me to understand that its a holiday; However it doesn't have any neutral third party sources - the site you just added refers to it as having been invented by "my friend Dan". I'd offer to help you find a reliable source but in accordance with today being Van holiday I'm off to indulge my inner rockstar. Take care, and happy editing.
