Talk:Green bin program

This article is about a specific green bin program, ignoring all others. Many areas have similar schemes but including them here would only give us a list, effectively, of these areas and what can be placed in the green bin - and for that matter many areas have such a scheme but not using a green bin.

This should be merged with Waste_management#Composting and Digestion or Recycling or perhaps an article on recycling schemes such as this could be created at Recycling scheme. SteveW | Talk 23:45, 29 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Perhaps a more elaborate Waste management in Toronto could be established with links to the general waste management page and specific articles if necessary. Raijinryu 16:48, May 5, 2005 (UTC)

Finally merged the article, since no one else seemed to be doing so. It was merged with Waste management, and redirected there as well. I will add a short description of the Green Bin Program to the Toronto#Garbage subsection as soon as I have the chance. Raijinryu 20:31, Jun 6, 2005 (UTC)
