the aztecs were very angry at the spanish for trying to aid them with both knowledge and arms. but the aztecs had a very negative reaction to the spaniards well doing and instantly attack cortes and his men. cortes had no choice but to defend himself. luckily for us, the spanih had very developed armies. if the iddnt the aztecs would have defeated them and come to RULE THE WORLD. but the kind hearted spaniards were strong in their will to make the world a better place.
