I'm a journalist, hoping to make a useful contribution to Wikipedia, which is a unique and inspiring project. My main interest lies in current affairs, as you'd expect, and most of my contributions are likely to consist of copy editing, at least until I find my feet. I've lived and worked all over the world, including the U.S., Canada, the UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, and the Middle East. I hope I've lost any nationalist, provincial perspectives I had, and hope I can contribute to Wikipedia's multi-national culture.
