Sennheiser was a little over-restrictive in saying you can only upload images only those you own the copyright for. Also fine are are GFDL, public domain, uncopyrightable and fair use images. See Wikipedia:Copyrights for what the policy actually is. This image may well be fine as fair use, given where it's used and some more information about exactly where it came from, so we can better assess what fair use requires.
