I suppose it could be construed a threat, although I prefer to think of it as a warning. Adding new comments on user talk pages, as you have done on mine, is the appropriate method of communicating with others on Wikipedia. In the rare case where I feel I must block a user, I prefer to warn him on his talk page to see if he will stop, or if we can resolve the problem in another way. However, the username of this account, "I Hate Georgia Guy", violates the username policy and would have to be blocked. If you have complaints about my actions, please let me know on my talk page.
