Merge from "Wheel in the Sky"[edit]

There's just not enough to support a separate article on "Wheel in the Sky," so I've suggested the little content there is on that page be merged into this article. "Wheel" also fails the notability guidelines for articles on songs, missing all five of the automatic criteria, and missing all ten of the possible criteria. | Klaw Talk 17:51, 10 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Im fine with that. No Worrys. :-)

This is a perfect song to discuss all that is great (and total disastrous) about this album.

Yes it is probably one of Journey's best albums ever recorded (as far as song writing is concerned), but it is also one of the worst engineered (recording level wise) albums ever released on vinyl. Just about every instrument and vocal track (on the mixing console) of every song recorded for this album was pushed to 'redlining' [clipping (distorting)]. The sound quality of this album is so 'bad', that I refuse to listen to either the vinyl or 'original' CD version of this album on a hi-quality stereo sound system.

Next to Led Zeppelin's Physical Graffiti album, this has got to be one of the worst recording engineering Fiascos ever recorded.

Yes, this is my own personal opinion, but you just have to listen to Journey's double album Journey 'Live' (recorded from their tour of the following year) to see the difference as to what was recorded in the studio, and how the songs should have really sounded. — Preceding unsigned comment added by (Mr) Kim Miller (talkcontribs) 05:45, 28 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

What is the song about? What is the wheel in the sky? Is it the druid silver wheel? The Wheel of the Sky? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.204.9.235 (talk) 04:56, 11 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Track listing[edit]

The order of songs on this page is based on the CD re-realease in which they reordered the songs. In other words, thats not the order that was on the original album. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.49.3.143 (talk) 17:12, 25 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
