Assalamualaikum, There is a group of people who work on a ship. They have kept all their Rozas. Now one of them wants to organise the IDD-UL-FITR Namaz on the ship. Can he go ahead. Does he have to be an Aaleem or a Haafeez to perform the Khutbah. Is there any criteria where minimum number of people are required to be present for a Khutbah to take place.
