  • If so then Transcendental meditation should be deleted on the same grounds? The Silva method has been around for years. It is a more practical form of meditation. Pls. keep. BTW, I forgot to log in when I did some editing. --Jondel 05:25, 21 Jun 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. Google returns more than 6,000 hits, which indicates this is somewhat (in)famous. Johnleemk | Talk 06:10, 21 Jun 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep, it's reasonably famous. It was well-known in the 1980s when EST and the Esalen Institute and encounter groups and Gestalt therapy and so forth were trendier than they are now. If I saw promotional POV in the language I'd suggest editing it to tone it down, but the present article looks OK to me; I don't read it as advertising. Dpbsmith 16:04, 21 Jun 2004 (UTC) Human potential movement, that's what I was trying to think of... it's often considered to be part of the human potential movement.
  • Keep. Doesn't read like an advert, and notable (or perhaps notorious). Wile E. Heresiarch 18:22, 21 Jun 2004 (UTC)
  • Def. keep. blankfaze | •• 20:09, 21 Jun 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep, although it reads a bit like an ad to me. No biggie. - Lucky 6.9 21:33, 21 Jun 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep, for all the above reasons. --Gary D 22:06, 21 Jun 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. As Dpbsmith said, it was well-known once. It may be considered fringe now, but notable enough for an article. SWAdair | Talk 04:29, 22 Jun

  • Keep. As several people above have said, it was fairly well-known once, even though it was definitely a fringe concept, maybe a little more respectable than firewalking (remember that one, incidentally?). I've cleaned up the grammar and spelling a little. Someone else might expand the article a little to show how it fit in with a number of other fringe movements of the time.66.1.40.242 20:30, 22 Jun 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. If we have Mantak Chia, Falun Gong and Reiki, why not this rubbish? I've stub messaged it and did one little npov edit. It should perhaps have an objective history of the movement from someone who is aware of such. Fire Star 21:14, 22 Jun 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. I've heard of it. anthony (see warning)
