Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/D Nice

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Uninformative sub-stub. Entire content of article is "D Nice is a rap/hiphop artist who began his career in the mid-1980s. He concentrated on story lines rather than stylistic effects." blankfaze | •• | •• 17:42, 27 Jun 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete: nonsense. Cleanup shows about a dozen of these insta-rapper substubs, too. If the author doesn't verify or contextualize, there's virtually no way (or reason) for others to do so. Geogre 18:05, 27 Jun 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep. Allmusic has heard of him [1], and there's no reason to doubt for the other rapper stubs as well. A stub is better than nothing. [[User:Meelar|Meelar (talk)]] 19:51, 27 Jun 2004 (UTC)
  • D Nice? Unless D Author adds D Tail, D Lete. -- orthogonal 23:21, 29 Jun 2004 (UTC)
    • Keep - he's had a number 1 rap hit in the US and has released several albums. The author is bound not to be the only person on the planet interested in US rap. Secretlondon 22:42, 30 Jun 2004 (UTC)
  • These "lazy" articles just steam me. One or two sentences, and a link. Cop out. Still, an artist of some note, and he goes by "D-Nice," not "D Nice." Orthagonal has it right. No d-tail should mean d-lete, but I digress. Cleanup and redirect to proper spelling. - Lucky 6.9 00:24, 3 Jul 2004 (UTC)
