Regarding your contributions[edit]
Hi Chance0. I noticed some of your contributions, particularly Mans search of autonomy - you are correct to believe that this is not a neutral point view and the article has been up for deletion. Note that original, pov research papers aren't supposed to be on Wikipedia. Please see Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not for more information.

Regarding your article on Yueh Fei (1106), there is already an article with the correct spelling of Yue Fei. I moved your page to Yueh Fei and redirected it to the correct article. Please choose a more appropriate name for articles and try to note if you are creating an article that already exists. Also, I noticed that you copied text unrelated to the article onto the page - if you need to copy article text somewhere for later use, try to save the text to a disk. Using this text may have also been a copyright violation. Please don't copy text from other sources verbatim. You can use other sources and cite them as references, but don't take copyrighted text and use it in an article. Please see Wikipedia:Copyright problems for more information.
Lastly, when uploading images, please take care to note the image's source and copyright using image tags. I have tagged several of the images you have uploaded for deletion because they didn't have any copyright information. One of them was also blurry and out-of-focus, which wasn't up to Wikipedia standards. See Wikipedia:Images for more information.

- HSING I CHUAN - is a very old "internal" art most often attributed to General Yueh Fuei, a famous Chinese military hero who died circa 1130 A.D. Although most scholars agree that General Yueh did not invent the art, he is often given credit as the founding father as a result of his attempts to promote Hsing I through his military endeavors

Images with permission[edit]
You asked: "Which 'tag' should one use if permission to use was obtained by email?"
That depends. If the copyright holder gave you permission to use the image under the terms of the Wikipedia copyright (i.e. the GFDL), then you can safely tag it {{GFDL}}. But that would mean that other groups - not just Wikipedia - could reuse the photo so long as they release their own work under the GFDL.
If it's "Wikipedia-only" permission, then we're not supposed to use those. You can tag it {{Permission}} if you want, but all images with this tag will eventually be deleted.
If we have permission, but in addition you believe that we could use the image under a fair use claim even if we didn't have permission, then you can tag it {{Permissionandfairuse}}. That way, it won't be deleted. But it really has to be a fair use of the material.
