This looks like a rather clever kind of joke. The text goes merrily along and looks like it might make sense to a reader who understood the key words. Unfortunately those key words are in Chinese, or at least Chinese characters. Like many Westerners, I have no Chinese, so I can't tell. If it's real, the Chinese should be translated; otherwise, Delete, of course. — Bill 18:27, 6 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- The page link does not seem to want to work and I can't blame it with all those funky characters. Try this. I will have to vote delete for now since I'm not even sure what the article is supposed to be about, although it seems like it may have to do with Wei Wei/Wei wei (articles need merging). By the way, that is real Chinese, written in traditional characters, but my Chinese isn't that great yet so I'll leave it to someone else to do the translation if they wish. - Delete, weakly, if not fixed. I suspect this is something real, and perhaps notable. The page Wei wei, apparently about an important Chinese communist writer, links here; that article is also full of untranslated Chinese strings. An easier to read article about the same fellow is at Wei Wei, but it too contains at least one untranslated Chinese string. Smerdis of Tlön 19:50, 6 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- Merge, but do not redirect, into Wei Wei, I'm a Chinese reader, and this, to use a previous user's term, looks extremely Babelopiscine. The war they are talking about is the Korean War, or, to translate literally, "The anti-American war to help the Korean peoples". The title seems to be the book referred to in the article, in any case, just merge under the author if anything can be kept. -Vina 21:26, 6 Oct 2004 (UTC)
