Orlando Thunder was a franchise in the World League of American Football for the 1991 and 1992 seasons. They played in the North American ???? division.

After 1992 the NLF (who backed the WLAF) suspended operations, and when the WLAF returned in the 1995 season the league was concentrated in Europe, and all seven North American teams (including Orlando Thunder) were never heard of again. After the demise of the London / England Monarchs in 1998 that franchise relocated to Berlin under the new name Berlin Thunder, but they have no connection with the Orlando franchise.

They played their home games at the Florida Citrus Bowl.
