I would like to endorse Alterprise's request for an injunction against Robert Blair, at least for the duration of this hearing.

Additionally, I would like to request that the ArbCom grant permission to User:Robert the Bruce to submit evidence. Although the AC have banned RtB from editing Wikipedia in general, I would hope that the arbitrators will agree that he may be able to provide valuable evidence, and doing so would clearly be in the interest of Wikipedia in general. I am able to contact RtB to notify him if this request is accepted. - Jakew 19:18, 27 Feb 2005 (UTC)
