Wolfye is the pseudonym of Christopher Carr, a programmer and photographer located in Melbourne, Australia.

The name Wolfye is short for Wolfgang. From 1985, Chris was an active member of the Society for Creative Anachronism (SCA). His persona in the society was that of an early 17th century cavalier, born in Transylvania who grew up in France named Wolfgang Travaal. From 1985 until 1993, Chris remained a member of the society and as there were three gentlemen named Chris in the local group, he became know as Wolfye to avoid confusion.

Chris is able to program in many different languages (C#, C++, Delphi, Java, Perl, VB, SQL) and has a thorough knowledge of object-oriented design. He speaks English and conversational French.

Chris's main photographic project is taking photographs of cemeteries Australia, though he has taken photographs from other cemeteries around the world as well. His site, theGravenImage[1] has many examples of his work.
