What I objected to was this particular anon creating the now-deleted Babyfucking article about 7 minutes after his first edit to Criticism of Wikipedia, apparently an attempt to disrupt Wikipedia to prove a point -- Curps 17:35, 14 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Actually, I've created many "mistake" in the encyclopedia and many have been there for years now, included in the biography of some famous people. That's unfortunate that the access of the wikipedia is not more controlled, like a moderated forum. HeddyArd

It's unfortunate that people like you do such things. But the problem of unreliable information also exists in other websites and even in mainstream media and newspapers. Factual errors have been found in the Encyclopedia Britannica as well [1] [2]. In particular, falsely-attributed quotes are an age-old problem... many of these live on as urban legends long after they are discredited.
