This category should not be in Category:Mountains of New Zealand, because many of New Zealand's volcanoes are not mountains at all. Auckland Volcanic Field, Rotorua Caldera and Lake Taupo are not mountains, but are very notable volcanoes. - Gilgamesh 00:13, 12 Nov 2004 (UTC)
