Untitled[edit]

  • The use of the ‘okina is used correctly in this case as the Hawai‘i State Judiciary actually uses the ‘okina on its seal and official documents

Well no ʻokina any more, evidently, and the word "state" has been taken out of the title. This might be aplace to put a paragraph or two about the court of the Kingdom of Hawaii too, since that is not discussed anywhere I can find yet. W Nowicki (talk) 19:17, 27 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Name of court[edit]

According to the court seal, the name of this court seems to be something consisting of "Supreme Court" and "State of Hawaii", but not "Supreme Court of Hawaii". Anybody knows how the court names itself in its judgments? Henning Blatt (talk) 12:15, 11 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Court justices from the Kingdom of Hawaii[edit]

Pākī was one but I'm not sure when and for how long.--KAVEBEAR (talk) 03:07, 15 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Why does Kamehameha V's article say he was Chief Justice from 1857 to 1858? Is this right?--KAVEBEAR (talk) 05:16, 16 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
