This is a good article, but it should probably be called "Basic Electronic Soldering Techniques", to distinguish it from plumbing and other types of soldering.

I say do it, should be renamed :Basic Electronic Soldering techniques", lower case T. This page can be made into a redirect and not necessary but fix the one link to this page at, Soldering. Probably should look for more articles to link here too. Would be nice if this article had some images and maybe SMT soldering techniques added or is there already a page on that?.

I renamed the subtitle to Basic electronic soldering techniques and merged it with soldering
