Difficulty finding material for the article[edit]

I thought I would try to improve the article. However, I'm having trouble finding biography material since most of the material I find is written by Michael Musto and not about Michael Musto. His IMDB entry says he was involved with the Jayne Mansfield film, "Single Room Furnished", but Michael Musto, 76, writer, filmmaker Series: OBITUARIES states that Michael J. Musto (born January 16, 1917; died October 30, 1993) produced Jayne Mansfield in Single Room Furnished. Also, Michael J. Musto received $15 for writing Abbott and Costello's "Who's on First" sketch's and his wife, Dorothy Keller Musto, was cousin to tap and specialty dancer Beverly I. Puckett of the Three Hearts fame. They are different Mustos. If you find biography material about American Manhattan-based writer Michael Musto on the Internet, please feel free to post links below and place a note on my talk page. I will be happy to work the source material into the Wikipedia article. -- Jreferee (Talk) 14:22, 16 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is Michael Musto also some guy known as "Il Ragno?"[edit]

In a word, no. There is a very disturbed young man* who firmly believes that "Il Ragno," a right-wing, heterosexual moderator at a socio-political discussion board known as "The Phora," is the online persona of left-wing homosexual Michael Musto. Why he believes this, other than that they are both Italian-descended writers who live in New York City, is something no one knows. Mr. Basarab has repeatedly edited this article to reflect his (insane?) belief that Michael Musto and some guy he's never met before ie., "Il Ragno," are the same person. He will doubtless continue to add these edits to this article, as Mr. Basarab is nothing if not persistent. Moderators would be well-advised to keep a close eye on this character, due to his penchant for slander, and all manner of erratic and disturbing behavior generally.

Musto's biphobia[edit]

Why is Michael Musto's biphobia not mentioned at all in the article? He claims he's an ally for GLBT people but he's highly biphobic and even wrote an article where he foolishly claimed that bisexual men do not exist at all. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.162.251.171 (talk) 01:18, 17 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Gay slander[edit]

This article claims Musto is gay without a source, it's obviously libelous and must be removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.92.131.35 (talk) 06:10, 17 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
