Why 3 Different Dates for Maurice Yaméogo's Presidency?[edit]

Why are there 3 separate dates in this article for Maurice Yaméogo's presidency? He was officially president from 1960 to 1966 in the Infobox, and yet the opening sentence of the article says he was "president" from 1959 when the Republic of Upper Volta did not yet have a presidency, and continues with a section title that proclaims him president from 1958 to 1966 - President of Upper Volta (1958–1966.
