but on the overview of the strategic sourcing what is main differnce with the other terminologies of the business perspective.

I deleted the reference to General Motors as the originator of the concept of Strategic Sourcing. I can find no citation to support that assertion and it does not match my personal observation of the trend during the 1980s.
