maybe the explanation on how to find it could be better. Anyone with a digital camera could take a pic of their own, especially if it's as prominent as in that picture. Tristanb 11:23 31 May 2003 (UTC)

Snorting snuff[edit]

I am sure you all are much better versed in anatomy than me... But speaking as someone who just snorted snuff during the ellipsis... And again for the other nostril. Sorry just a moment... Ahh, much better. Well I just hope you realize that someone snorting from where you show the snuffbox being, well... Not to put too fine a point on it; he would have to have a trunk like an elephant. The idea is to place your thumbjoint at the septum(?) well the middle wall of your nose (cause you can't really see what is happening under your nose, you see?). And you should place the snuff so that it will naturally place itself under your nostril, if the thumbjoint is at the thingamajig. I hope you get what I am saying. Might I suggest that you tense your thumb toward the palm. I think you will find that the wideness of the joint will make an indentation right after the joint. This may not be the "anatomical snuff box", but that is where one should place ones snuff at anyrate. Well I do. Not having a probocis spanning over 10 cm side to side. Radial fossa[edit]

The radial fossa is on the humerus (see Gray's Anatomy http://www.bartleby.com/107/51.html) not on the wrist. Duncombe (talk) 09:15, 23 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
