Hi contributors,

This surely looks like an important and informative article. But francly, i don't understand a word of it. It would be sooo nice if it had anintroductory paragraph that tells a stupid lay what all of this is about. ( i don't expect to understand the rest anyway LOL) best regards, Lady Tenar 22:03, 30 Dec 2004 (UTC)

I changed somewhat the definition to accommodate with the definition of Gold although I am not completely happy. Pardalet 12:44, 26 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I added a bit to the end of the first paragraph by way of clarification of the goal. Hopefully it's all correct (the logic behind the concept is a bit tricky). --Vaughan Pratt (talk) 05:25, 27 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The link to Pattern Languages goes to something that seems to have nothing to do with the pattern languages that are identifiable from positive examples. Pattern languages in the sense used in this context are languages that result from substitution for variables in a string of variables and constants. The link goes to something totally different with the same name. Programmer in Chief(talk) 06:50, 18 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
