Astonished by the wikipedia project, I've tried to help wherever I've found that I had something to write, which is not much.

For the moment, I consider myself the best paella cook of the world (a subjective assessment of course), and I've made some modifications to the paella and related entries, and some entries related to the city of Valencia or Valencian history.
