• De Klerk's reforms led many pro-apartheid supporters to leave the National Party and join the Conservative Party.

2. Talk about the article as a whole, by using the information that has been given think about the changes that were made and think about what ideas that you would make if you were in de Klerk's position. Recommendation of this article

This is a really good source for GCSE canditates to revise from. Its good because it involves more people to take part in this type of excercise. Its very good for revision because it has information about the changes of the South African estate. The questions are excellent group work questions to be done in class and at home. Its a good excuse for GCSE students to have their friends around at home to study and revise for GCSE's. It also has a recomendation of which book to purchase for the students to revise from which i personally think is a good idea. This site isn't just for students it's for teachers aswell.
