The dates for the ducal reigns seem to overlap quite a bit, unless I am missing something, but I don't really know enough about Mecklenburg to correct them without looking them up somewhere else. Anyone else know the correct dates/demonstrate that I am missing the obvious fact that they should overlap?

It's not obvious, obviously - otherwise you would have known it, but yes, the dates do overlap - this happens with a lot of the German principalities, it can get very confusing. john k 01:22, 4 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Okay, thanks for clearing that up. Is it worth it to put a comment to that effect in the article?

The title still exists doesn't it? so someone should add a list of the dukes since 1918--82.73.144.237 1 July 2005 12:19 (UTC)
